If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us by phone or email within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Once an order has been placed through our secure checkout system it can not be cancelled on our website. Please contact us immediately by phone or email of your wish to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. We will do our best to honor your request. You will be responsible for the shipping charges for any order that was already shipped.

5.5% sales tax will be added to orders shipped anywhere in Wisconsin.

For items shipped directly from the manufacturer you will receive an email notifying you of the expected shipping date and method. No additional shipping charges will be incurred. Shipping and handling rates are based on the total purchased dollar amount of your order.
